Living with diabetes and neuropathy isn’t easy.  Some days, her feet may feel like they’re walking on marbles… and other days, like they’re barely there at all. 😵‍💫 That kind of discomfort can make every step feel uncertain.

But here’s the truth: chronic pain doesn’t just challenge the body — it tests your spirit.  And Gloria keeps showing up anyway.🏆⭐🎉

From a physio perspective, this is why hip mobility matters so much.  When the feet and nerves are sensitive, the hips have to work like strong anchors.  Better hip mobility helps create a steadier base, so the body can move with more control and less strain. 🚶🏽‍♀️

➡️ Seated Power Move: Lift one knee toward your chest while sitting, then lower slowly. This wakes up the hips without risking a fall. 🪑 
➡️ Gentle Sway: With a sturdy chair nearby, swing one leg forward and back to keep the joint moving. 🌿 
➡️ Consistency over intensity: Five minutes of mindful movement can do more than an hour of struggling.

Managing chronic disease doesn’t mean stopping.  It means moving smarter, kinder, and with more intention. ✨
